Today I felt just a small difference at first from the Cebria but it appears the effects are beginning to come to an end. Either that or my body has adjusted and and no longer notices the beneficial effects.
I felt a bit of a mental boost day. It lasted about 8 hours. Then began to wear off.
Today - I definitely noticed an increased amount of focus shortly after taking the pill. The only real difference is that the effects seemed to last a little shorter than my earlier experiences. In the past I have felt the effects for close to 8 hours but today it was about 4 hours or so.
Today. I really felt little to no effect today - it may have been a was from lack of sleep though .
So it's 3AM here on technically the 6th day. Took Cebria yesterday and it seems the effects have begun to wear off a little. Due to my own activities the night before I took an energy drink which definitely affected my sleep pattern for the day.
I blame passing out early more on the energy drink from the night before moreso than Cebria. That being said little to no noticeable affects today.
So I can't really say that I have many complaints today. This morning I got about 5 hours of sleep but felt very upbeat and positive the majority of the morning. This is likely due to going to the gym and putting some extra last minute effort into my 4:30AM (ok 5AM) workout.
Energized a bit by my workout I remain fairly focused the majority of the day. I believe the effects were definitely a mixture of the workout and Cebria.
NO real side effects so far today. That being said there are still 3.67 hours left in the day.
As I type this I am ridiculously sleepy and need of a light meal.
For purposes of research only I would have to say the effects did have an impact today. Today was another driving day but I did not get drowsy while on the drive just shortly after wrapping up the 6 hour drive.
My only regret now is working on work that would be there regardless when I wake up tomorrow. So far Cebria is doing well. Again I believe the lack of sleep may be elevating as a problem so I will go to bed now and try and catch some ZZZ"s.
Today was a little less impactful than yesterday but I could still notice effects shortly after using it. One thing I left out about Day 1 - which may have had an affect on Day 2 is that I felt intermittent energy spikes after the initial focus activation. In other words after I initially started to feel the effects go away and became tired, I went through a few bouts of random energy that kept me up.
This all led to me sleeping less than I typically would. Since I'm just getting into the trials for nootropics I'm not sure if this a common side effect of all nootropic drugs or the first two that I've tried. So far it seems as if trying the drug does effect sleep patterns in a general way.
