So I can't really say that I have many complaints today. This morning I got about 5 hours of sleep but felt very upbeat and positive the majority of the morning. This is likely due to going to the gym and putting some extra last minute effort into my 4:30AM (ok 5AM) workout.
Energized a bit by my workout I remain fairly focused the majority of the day. I believe the effects were definitely a mixture of the workout and Cebria.
NO real side effects so far today. That being said there are still 3.67 hours left in the day.
